libace-inet-ssl-dev software package provides ACE SSL-enabled Inet protocol library - development files, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libace-inet-ssl-dev
libace-inet-ssl-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libace-inet-ssl-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libace-inet-ssl-dev *
You will get with libace-inet-ssl-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
